Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect your couch at the time of delivery. This includes checking overall condition, appearance, and confirming it meets your expectations.

Returns at Delivery

If you decide the couch is not the right fit at the time of delivery, you may decline acceptance. In that case, we will take the item back immediately at no additional cost.

Final Sale After Acceptance

Once a couch has been accepted at delivery, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns after delivery has been completed.
